Basically, you tell me what you want, I draw it, and you pay me what you think it’s worth. Simple and easy.

If you don’t want to pay anything, don’t call it a commission, call it a request. I take those too.

If you want to pay something up front, that will put you in front of all the other people clamoring for art, and get your piece drawn much more quickly.

I hate to ask for donations and such, but we got no where else to turn at the moment.  We’ve stretched our resources as much as we can over the nearly 7 months since I got fired, and our buffer is running low.

There is some positive news though.  I signed on for some part-time work with substitute teaching in town and around the area this week, after (finally) receiving my sub teaching license.  The positive is that I have work again, but the negative is that it’s hit-and-miss when I’ll get called.  That and the extra money I have to fork over to work in other counties to increase my chances to work each day.  It was much, much cheaper to do this 5 years ago.

Nevertheless, my family and I need a little help.  Rent is coming up real soon, and we don’t have enough to cover it for this month, along with the bills.  Our bubble and buffer is nearly gone, and can’t afford to move anywhere else right now.  Unemployment is helping us get by, but it doesn’t cover enough for everything.

During this stream, I’m going to line and color an update for Pirate Dash.  There’s a link to the donation button on the blog itself, or a direct link is here.  You don’t have to donate to attend.  All we’re asking is to help spread the word.  Every little bit donated is much appreciated.  And I’ll throw in an incentive for the person who donates the highest amount during the stream.  Highest donation will get a free SFW, full-color request from me.

(( Well, today my computer started giving me a persistent BSOD I can’t pin down, so it’s officially buggered up. I ordered a new SSD, and when that comes in I’ll reinstall windows and be back online, but for now I’m relegated to my laptop. Also, my headset’s mic just snapped. It’s just not my day, is it? 

Anyhow. I guess I need to get a replacement. 

tl;dr

Mod’s computer is buggered, his headset broke and he is now sad. Will update once repaired. ))
